This one is Naturopathically developed and doesn’t use any laxatives. Only herbs that have traditionally been used to help support detoxification. A hint of lemon and honey scent this tea. Preparation: Add 1-2 tsp tea to 250ml hot water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients: Nettle Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Calendula Petals, Dandelion Leaf, Dandelion Root, Lemon Myrtle, St Mary’s Thistle, Lemon Peel.
Nettle Leaf: Traditionally Nettle has been used as a general tonic for the whole body. It is indicated in the treatment for anaemia, increasing milk production in breastfeeding mothers and increasing circulation. It may also help reduce blood sugar levels, reduce heavy menstruation and as a digestive tonic and to reduce fluid build up.
Marshmallow Root: Traditionally has been used both internally and externally to treat skin conditions and heal mucosal lining. It is indicated in digestive inflammation, gastritis, peptic ulcers and colitis.
Calendula Petals: Traditionally has been used to help flush the lymphatic system, regulate menstruation, reduce inflammation and heal skin conditions. It is anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-spasmodic and has been indicated in treating allergies, gastritis, colitis, stomach cramps and improve the immune system.
Dandelion Leaf: Traditionally has been used to purify the blood, improve digestion, reduce gall stones, protect the body from cancer mutation, reduce blood sugar and diabetes risk. It is high in antioxidants and may help with oxidative stress on the liver.
Dandelion Root: Traditionally dandelion root has been used to help support liver function and detoxification, support the digestive system, including the stimulation of essential digestive secretions. It may reduce liver congestion, reduce gas formation, relieve constipation and joint pain. As well as fighting infections. It is also indicated in the treatment of cancer.
Lemon Myrtle: Traditionally has been used for its ability to strengthen the immune system. It is indicated for headaches, fever, sinus infections and allergies. It has anti-microbial, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. It is also indicated to support exhaustion.
St Mary’s Thistle: Traditionally has been used for its high antioxidant properties, mainly for liver support and reducing liver damage. It is also indicated for inhibiting allergic inflammation, reducing insulin resistance, lower cholesterol, inhibit cancer cell growth and boost the immune system.
Lemon Peel: Traditionally lemon peel has been used for its ability to remove toxins from the body and support liver detoxification. It may also help support arthritis pain due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Don’t throw that lemon peel away anymore!
